Directions
Step 1
Beat the eggs with onion and parsley in a bowl. Add spices, salt, and flour then mix well until smooth and thick.
Step 2
Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a cooking skillet and add 1/3 cup of batter into the skillet. Cook for 2 minutes per side. Continue making more Ojji with the remaining batter.
