Step 1
Peel the garlic and cut into thin slices. Wash the chili, cut lengthways, core, and cut into fine rings.
Step 2
Cut the lemon into wedges. Wash and rinse the thyme, pat dry, and finely chop the leaves.
Step 3
Remove the shrimp from the shell and remove the intestines. Wash shrimp and pat dry well. Put the garlic, chili, thyme, bay leaf, lemon, and prawns in a bowl.
Step 4
Pour olive oil over it and leave to stand for about 2 hours. Drain the prawns and collect the marinade. Heat a small amount of oil in a pan and fry the prawns for 5-6 minutes while turning.
Step 5
Add the garlic and chilli and fry briefly. Season with salt and place in a bowl with the olives. Serve garnished with lemon wedges and bay leaves.
