Step 1
Rinse the rice, add milk and cook at low heat for up to 20 minutes.
Step 2
The rice pudding should be stirred regularly so that it does not burn. More milk or water can be added as needed and according to taste.
Step 3
Once the rice grains break and the dessert becomes creamy, add vanilla sugar, sugar, raisins and cook for a few more minutes.
Step 4
Pour into small bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon according to taste.
