Step 1
Sauté the garlic and onion rings with olive oil in a frying pan. Add some olive oil at the bottom of the baking pan and lay the cod filets.
Step 2
Pour lemon juice over the cod, add salt, and dill weed. Place the sautéed onions and garlic on the fish. On top of this, add the sliced tomatoes to cover the whole fish. Sprinkle the parsley and add the onion rings on top.
Step 3
Bake for 35 – 46 minutes in a preheated 350 F oven.
