Ingredients (for four servings)
1 small jar Italian tuna
1 can black eyed beans
3 tablespoon diced, panfryed pancetta
1 cut in half and then sliced onion
1/2 teaspoon dill
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon Aleppo pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 F. Carefully mix together tuna, garlic powder, the black-eyed beans, onion, Aleppo pepper and dill. Place all of these ingredients in a small oven-proof casserole dish. Cover dish with olive oil, then top with pancetta. Roast for 20 minutes.
