Pita sa krompirom is a simple and comforting Balkan pie made with thin dough and a seasoned potato filling.

Instructions

In a bowl, combine grated potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, and oil. Layer phyllo dough in a greased baking tray, adding the potato mixture between layers. Finish with dough on top and brush with oil. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius until golden and cooked through. Allow to cool slightly before cutting. Serve warm with yogurt.

  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 100 milliliters oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
