Ćevapi are small grilled minced meat sausages, a staple of Balkan cuisine, known for their smoky flavor and juicy texture. Traditionally served with flatbread, onions, and ajvar.

Instructions

In a bowl, combine ground meat, garlic, salt, pepper, baking soda, and water, then mix thoroughly until smooth. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator to develop flavor. Shape into small sausage-like pieces. Grill over medium-high heat until evenly browned and cooked through, turning occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove from heat and let rest briefly before serving.
